Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol

For two decades Saugatuck's heartwarming version of Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol" has played to Holiday audiences who return year after year to watch Chicago veteran actor Steve Williford breathe life into the worlds most famous curmudgeon, Ebenezer Scrooge. Each year the production takes on interesting new twists and turns to delight repeat audiences with imaginative sets, clever interpretations and locals cast as characters who often resemble Dickens figures in real life in and around the Saugatuck-Douglas area. The production is held each year on the second and third weekends of December. This is a great family activity and a child-pleasing event.
