Classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he graduated first in his class, and has spent the past 30 years refining his skills, working in several of America’s most prominent restaurants. Originally from California, he now resides here year round, where his primary focus is creating unique and personalized dining experiences in the comfort of your own home. He also offers multi-course demonstration dinners, and private cooking classes throughout the year in his newly designed teaching kitchen, as well as event catering.
