1 "MY OL' MAN"-book reading project, exhibition tour from 10:30 to 11:30 am. Nyla Hensley, Saugatuck/Douglas District Library's children's librarian, will begin the special program with a tour of the exhibition "my Ol' Man by Patricia Polacco: A Children's Book from Concept to Completion", featuring original studies and final illustrations for the book by the same title. Ms. Hensley will read Polacco's classic work to participants and then create a storyboard to take home. Children will also play games based on themes in the book. Free (Ages 6+) Enrollment limited to 25. This special traveling exhibition is on loan to the SCA from the Muskegon Museaum of Art.
