Each property offers a place to prepare meals, sleeping arrangements for anywhere from one guest to a large group of fourteen, and either the hustle and bustle of downtown Saugatuck or the slower place of the smaller village of Douglas.

Guests at all properties can expect to be pampered, especially those who reward themselves at the Bella Vita Spa in the back half of the Butler building. Complimentary muffins, biscotti, coffee, tea, and water are served each morning for Bella Vita Suites guests. The owner also provides guests with assistance on how to make the most of their stay in the popular Lake Michigan beach towns, right down to making reservations.
