Continental breakfast is served in the common area and outside on a wrap-around deck overlooking the Lake.
The lake views only begin there. Guests can stroll to the water’s edge down a bluff staircase that features three viewing decks as they descend toward one of the finest beaches in Michigan. Once on the beach guests can walk for miles or make use of complimentary lounge chairs, shade umbrellas, and kayaks.
Lake Shore’s list of extras extends beyond the beach focus to include a large heated swimming pool, putting green, bikes for cycling along scenic Lakeshore Drive, and free WIFI. The site’s three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds blend into two miles of private wooded walking trails. At the end of the day, guests can soak up brilliant sunsets over the lake and then cap off the evening in front of flickering flames from lake view gas fire pits.
