Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Felt Mansion is a grand three-story estate built by a Chicago inventor in 1928. The 12,000-square foot mansion boasts 25 rooms and a third-story ballroom, along with beautiful grounds and vistas of the surrounding forest. Guests can reserve the library, parlor, terrace, ballroom, or one of several dining rooms for their private gatherings, weddings, or special events.

The Saugatuck Center for the Arts offers 23,000 square feet of event space inside a renovated pie factory in historic downtown Saugatuck. The centerpiece of the Old School House campus is the former Douglas Union School, built in 1866. Fully renovated in 2009, the building offers a historic clapboard exterior and a modern interior with flexible spaces for a variety of groups and events. The building is surrounded by nearly an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds including the Back-in-Time Garden, Boathouse, and a paved driveway where outdoor events can be held.

J. Petter Galleries "The Gallery Barn"

Petter Galleries contains over 12,500 square feet of art space.  Art openings are the main event focus, obviously. But, the gallery is a unique place to house a wide variety of events.  We host private wine tastings, wedding receptions, networking parties, fundraisers, community groups, art tours and more!

Enjoy space for up to 35 guests in our beautiful gated garden.  The garden hosts Live Music, Weddings, Anniversary Celebrations, Wine Tastings, Art Workshops, Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties and more.

The Kirby is the perfect spot for your next event whether it be a retreat, business event, rehearsal dinner, or a wedding. We seat 40 people indoors and up to 120 outdoors on our beautiful decks overlooking a pond and garden.  Specializing in weddings, we are a one-stop shop and are happy to provide

coordination services free of charge.  Have the ceremony, dinner, dancing, and even brunch the next morning.  When you have your event at The Kirby, you have the option to rent the entire hotel for your family and best friends.
