Listen to Birds softly chirping, Piped in Music, 60 minutes of Yoga lead by a Master Yogi Instructor (All Levels Welcome). Sip and Savor a Coastal Mimosa at our Beautifully appointed Cocktail Bar (post work out, 1 glass included in admission price). Our Yoga community has grown since we launched YOGA-MOSA a year ago.
