J Paul's Restaurant - The Kirby Hotel

At J. Paul's Restaurant and Lounge our goal is to provide you with a unique dining experience. We look to source our ingredients locally, utilizing farmers, markets and individual craftmanship.

Our dining room combines the hip, modern sensibility of our menu and style with the original architecture of our gorgeous 19th century home to create a dining experience like-no-other. When the weather allows, guests can dine outside on the expansive deck overlooking a charming garden and pond. 

Our menu features something for everyone, from fresh fish to perfectly grilled steaks. Our bar also offers a diverse range of house cocktails, whiskey, and cider, as well as a selection of wine and beer.
