Step away from the screen and unplug as we connect with our senses and marvel at springtime in the woods. The office-to-couch routine is comfortable and familiar, but so are the anxieties and restlessness that eventually come with it. Forest bathing interrupts our daily routine to bring an exhilarating sense of wonder and calm.
We’ll wander the woods for a nature-inspired attitude adjustment by unplugging from our modern adult ways and rediscover our relationship with the natural world around us. Document your experience in a nature journal, and enjoy specialty snacks as part of the experience.
