No cancellations within 48 hours of the picnic time. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a service fee of 50% of the picnic cost. With enough notice, as determined by Sincerely, K & J we may be able to reschedule. Please reach out to us for more details. Sincerely, K & J reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather. Sincerely, K & J will notify you of the cancellation via text or email, and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time up to 1 year out. If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be rewarded. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don't want to reschedule, we are happy to switch up the location to your backyard or living room- just send us an email. Please Note: Ordered food and floral arrangements are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to cancel your order in time that day with one of our charcuterie companies. We are happy to bring your food & florals to you at a different location within our service areas.
